È stato un artista attivo nel cinema e video underground. Artista di genere per eccellenza, ha affrontato le sfumature sexy-druggy-wiggy-luscious-desserty della scena dei club downtown degli anni '80 con la cura amorevole che solo un vero edonista può mostrare. Il suo lavoro è stato presentato in proiezioni e mostre al Whitney Museum, al The Kitchen, all'European Media Art Festival, al Festival Internazionale del Cinema di Berlino e all'Oberhausen International Short Film Festival, tra i tanti. Il suo lavoro è stato trasmesso anche su PBS, Channel 4 e MTV. Nel circuito dei festival di cinema queer degli anni '80 e '90, tra cui il San Francisco International Lesbian and Gay Film Festival e il New York International Festival of Lesbian and Gay Film, i suoi video erano considerati un punto fermo. He was an underground film/video artist. A genre artist par excellence, he treated the sexy-druggy-wiggy-luscious-desserty qualities of the 1980s downtown club scene with the loving care only a true hedonist could show. His work has been featured in screenings and exhibitions at the Whitney Museum, The Kitchen, European Media Art Festival, Berlin International Film Festival, and Oberhausen International Short Film Festival among many others. His work has also been broadcast on PBS, Channel 4, and MTV. In the queer film festival circuit of the 1980s and ‘90s, including The San Francisco International Lesbian and Gay Film Festival and The New York International Festival of Lesbian and Gay Film, his videos were a celebrated staple. He died in 1992 from an AIDS-related illness.
